In our 'World Around Us' Healthy Me topic, we have been looking at ways of keeping fit and how it is good for our hearts and minds. We all tried running, jumping and walking for 1 minute and discussed which tired us out the most. We tried this out because in the story 'Panting Pups' we had to help Discovery Dog find a way to tire out his niece Nora the Puppy. We had great fun!
