At Larne and Inver Primary School there is a strong pastoral focus on 'thinking about others' and, as a result, the children are encouraged to recognise and remember that there are many children in the world who are less fortunate than themselves.
Every year, we have sponsored events when we raise money for others through 'Children In Need', 'Comic Relief', 'Bardardo's' and other worthwhile charities.
Our main charities, however, are Compassion UK and Stand by Me and it is through these worthwhile causes that we sponsor two children - Fofo and Urgo. This costs over £600 annually and we are very grateful to everyone who generously contributes to these sponsorships. If you would like to make a contribution towards the sponsorships of Fofo and Urgo, please feel free to contact the school office.
