Ulster Wildlife Games in P.E.
7th Feb 2024
Today, we had brilliant fun in P.E. learning a new game from Ulster Wildlife. It was called ‘Hermit Crab Hustle’.
We found out about Hermit Crabs and how they look for food. They look for small living creature to eat in rock pools as well as dead meat called carrion.
We had to run to collect as much carrion as we could without getting caught by predators which are sea birds. Then our crabs could hide in their shells to stop getting caught by crouching down low. Our sea birds were very quick to catch us!
We had great fun and look forward to playing again. We tidied up the hall together and it showed our great teamwork. 👏
