Beverley from Sustrans came to visit us in Primary One today. She explained how important it was for our bodies to keep moving and to burn energy. We raised our heart rate by doing lots of running, practised our skipping, worked our tummies doing sit ups and exercised our legs with some high knee jumps. We also listened to our breathing and felt our heartbeats before and after exercising. Thank you Beverley, we had great fun!
