P1 had a visit from our Shcool Nurse today. She told us about different ways to keep healthy. We heard about the importance of drinking water, exercise, brushing our teeth and eating a healthy diet. We also got to hear a story about healthy eating and we were all given an apple lunchbox to take home! 🍏😀
