Primary 4 had two special visitors who came to talk to them about their childhood experiences during WW2. In the first video Mrs. Roy Senior talked to the children about how it felt to see the German planes fly over Belfast. She also talked about what it was like to be evacuated.
In the second video Mrs Roy's Mother , Mrs. Knox , talked about how different life was then living in the country in Islandmagee. She wasn't evacuated but there was no electricity, no running water and only rationed food.
