P5 have had a fantastic day with Gareth Lamrock from 'Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful'. We learned so much about how plastic gets into the oceans and learned about the Water Cycle!
We learned how to divide up the beach to look for litter, including tiny pieces of plastic, as well as sieving the sand to find small pieces of plastic which have been part of granddad's bucket or spade!
